Better Payment & FX Decisions,
Before Money Moves

I'm Msingathi (Msi) — a fintech entrepreneur and Technical Product Manager working across payments, crypto and DeFi. Based in the EU, I founded SwapEazi: verified routing intelligence that helps finance teams, fintechs and AI agents decide how to fund, hedge and route international payments — before money moves. It's sold as data, sits outside your payment flow, and holds no funds. We're deep in SADC today, and expanding from there.

Payments Intelligence, Built on Evidence

EU-based fintech entrepreneur and Technical Product Manager working across payments, crypto and DeFi. Founder of SwapEazi — verified routing intelligence that helps finance teams, fintechs and AI agents decide how to fund, hedge and route international payments. It's sold as data, not execution: SwapEazi never sits in your payment flow, quotes your customers, or holds funds. My product background is how I took it from idea to a working evidence layer.

Ten Years in Regulated Payments: I've spent a decade in regulated payments across Nedbank, Absa, Investec, and NS, including core-banking rollouts in five SADC markets. That embedded experience sharpened a skill most PMs don't have — I write specs engineers trust, spot delivery risk early, and close the gap between product and engineering.

For Finance Teams and AI Agents: SwapEazi is the evidence layer behind funding, hedging and routing decisions — who is licensed to carry each corridor, what they actually charge (measured daily), who offers FX hedging, and what compliance each requires. License it directly for a treasury team, or whitelabel it into a platform for its customers or AI agents through agent-ready endpoints (x402 and MCP).

Crypto, DeFi & Stablecoin Analysis: I track the stablecoin and DeFi landscape closely — evaluating new stablecoin issuances and the protocols behind yield and lending. That analysis sharpens the judgement I bring to how value moves across borders.

Onchain AI Governance & RWA: More recently I've started tracking AI governance in the onchain economy, with a focus on real-world assets (RWA) — how tokenized assets are accessed across jurisdictions, and how compliance and screening should be built into onchain settlement. I've been prototyping that thinking inside the SwapEazi codebase.

The Gap I'm Building For: A coverage list tells you a provider operates in a country. It doesn't tell you whether a payment can actually complete between two of them — and that gap opens up most often where a payout depends on a mobile wallet rather than a bank account. SwapEazi is the register that answers the harder question, one directional corridor at a time. Deep in SADC today, expanding from there.

What I'm Building

SwapEazi — Verified Evidence for Payment & FX Decisions

Live

SwapEazi is the routing-intelligence layer behind international payment and FX decisions: who is licensed to carry each corridor, what they actually charge (measured daily), who offers FX hedging, and what compliance each requires. Its route register covers 240 directional SADC corridors — both legs, the named rails on each, and which half is missing when a route can't carry money. It's sold as data and nothing else: no transaction fees, no execution, no funds held, no competitive conflict. License it direct to a finance team, or whitelabel it into a platform for its customers or AI agents. Deep in SADC today, expanding from there.

Corridor Register — Obligation Briefs for SADC & the EU–SA Route

Open · Live

An obligation registry for cross-border corridors: for any country pair where value moves, what obliges you on each leg, what changed since you last looked, and what every fact is sourced to — kept correct, not just published once. Coverage spans the 16 SADC markets and now the EU–South Africa corridor. The evidence comes from real applications made by an operating company, not desk research — graded across five tiers, with every gap published as prominently as the findings. Standing you cannot acquire at a distance.
